We were also offered - "we will do something for you for your wait" (winter mats perhaps??) That did not materialize either.

Alec treated my boyfriend and I like gold, and got us in a car despite being so young and not having a cosigner! Would recommend him anytime!

I have taken two of my Hondas here for Service and have left with damage BOTH TIMES. Not only that but treated HORRIBLY by the Service Manager, the first time I had damage back in June he even yelled at my boyfriend in the parking lot! This time after I paid for my oil change came back in and he just about yelled at me in the store. I've spent well over a yearly salary there and have only been treated well by the Salesperson. Will never be buying from here or taking vehicles for service here ever again. Take photos of your vehicle before you go here for service and read your contract VERY carefully.

We love our new car, but getting it was not without strife. We went to Century to see if they could beat the trade in value we were offered from other Honda dealers in Halifax. They did (initially) but due to demand issues we ended up waiting 3 months for our Accord!!

Not necessarily the problem with our Sales person, but the way the deal was handled is not going to get us to go back in 2 years when my wife will require a new car.

Dirty pool in my mind. There was no change in the vehicle we were trading, and as we are sitting in the sales office, we get the news. That situation really sucked. We 'had' to take the car at that point! They had us up against the wall...

Worst service I have ever received from a dealership. I had a clunking noise when put into gear on my Civic. They found the CV axle nuts needed to be retorqued. CV axles are covered under warranty but torquing the nuts are considered an adjusted which is not warranty. From my experience you adjust tie rod ends and drum brakes and you torque axle nuts so they don't come loose in the first place. This is not an adjustment. But the service manager says it's in my service manual that I have yet to find. $63 to torque a nut on a car under warranty, Century Honda if you need the money that bad here you go. I can guarantee you just lost a Honda customer. Be careful if you don't have much mechanical knowledge as they will take advantage of you.

So, when we drove to Truro to finalize the deal (I guess the paperwork we signed in OCT was not binding?) they dropped the value on our trade by $1500!!! The wait for our new car had nothing to do with us. So, we had the choice to walk or make the 'deal' after waiting for 3months! We could have gone to another Dealer and got our car MUCH sooner.
