  We unfortunately live in the downtown core where our water is contaminated with fluoride glyposades and chlorine, we normally get our water out in old barns. But we haven't had the chance recently, so we asked our son to get a 4 litre bottle of water from the old J& L (Rania's) we gave him $2.25 and he came home empty handed, telling us that the older guy (the owner) said that the water is all of a sudden $0.25 more out of nowhere,

  and refused to let him slide until the next time he was in. This is not the first time that this owner has price gouged, frequently changing the cost of an item to suit him. I mean really this is supposed to be a community store where your customers are treated with a ounce of respect at minimum. Be warned and keep your eye's open when buying anything from him. p.s. what's with the underage teenagers selling tobacco products?
