  Not a spectacular experience. Received a coupon from the optometrist next door, so convenience got the better of me. Spent 45+ mins looking at frames.. was not greeted - not even acknowledged. Chose my own frames, with no help. Sat down to discuss details, was rushed, clerk told me they wanted something - I had no idea what they were talking about Clerk rolled her eyes and told me they were taking a measurement I couldn't recall the exact term. The guy then jammed this device on my face, and gave the woman the number. As a first time eyeglass wearer I was rushed, was given options with no explaination of the differences/benefits then quite forcibly asked to pay. Which I did. I left feeling quite crappily.the glasses did come in exactly a week later, I'm currently sitting in a long line to get them fitted... and once again haven't been acknowledged. I will NOT be returning to this location, as the customer service is positively abhorrent. Do yourself a favour and go to Vogue or Hakim, at this point I'm assuming WalMart optometry would offer far superior service... if I didn't have to wait to be able to see - I'd walk out right now.
