    All I wanted was an educated answer regarding provincial tax adjustment from province to province. I got a LECTURE on provincial residency that lasted about eight minutes straight, throughout which I tried to ask my one and only question. When she finally stopped to catch her breath, she said she didn't want to argue, and hung up. Definitely not somewhere I'd go to be a client. Conveniently, the return call was fielded by another woman, who said she was busy, and hung up. STRIKE TWO. Next batter.

    I had my taxes filed in 2016 with them and they were amazing. Very helpful, kind and paitnent when explaining things to someone who had no clue about it. Would recommend to anyone.
