  I had a very bad experience with management at this store. After leaving a survey online that the store was freezing cold while my family was dining, I received an unpleasant phone call. The manager who called me was extremely rude, and implyed that I left a false review as she was working and it was "not cold". I informed her that our family ate with our winter jackets zipped, and our baby needed to be wrapped in a blanket. Every customer in the store was still wearing their jackets. I also told her we saw multiple staff members including management wearing sweaters and jackets. She explained that she always wears a sweater while working. Management should use these surveys as a way to improve their store, not as a way to backlash to their customers! If you are looking for a place to eat in Truro, look elsewhere. I just hope the multiple locations of this owner are having better management and this is not common practice from his business.

  Love McDonalds coffee! I buy it for home as well. We often have breakfast too but the hash browns are too greasy! I love my big macs and the chicken nuggets are to die for!

  Food was warm. They messed it up and gave me the wrong order. However they did make it right the second time.

  At the Robbie street location in truro. Have asked for no cheese and 4 out of the last 5 chicken wraps had cheese on it, didn't get an apology at all or even a response when I left my number. Just last Friday I ordered a mcdouble meal. Well it took over 25 minutes to get it and they weren't busy inside. Yesterday I ordered the jalapeno guacamole chicken, well I couldn't taste even a single jalapeno and the chicken looked like it had been left to cook till the last juices were gone. All at Robbie street truro location!!
