  The customer service here is amazing, but I would absolutely recommend booking ahead (and showing up on time)! Hygiene practices were superb and the placement was quadruple checked before a needle even came close to my body. I was asked for input on every step to make sure I was comfortable with jewelry, placement, and results. No better piercers in the province, by far!

  Came here to get an appropriate appliance that could be covered up easily at work while my piercing heals. Olivia was super helpful and knowlegable. Would recommend this place to anyone. Very clean and welcoming environment. I wish I had gotten my piercing done here

  I got my first tattoo here and immediately hated it. My tattoo is crooked, lopsided and very unsymmetrical. I’m getting it removed and it hasn’t even been a week. The experience was great, he was friendly, but I’ve never been more upset. If you want a nice, small, one lined tattoo, go some place else.
